How do I find out the status of my case? 

The best person to call is the officer or investigator assigned to your case.  If you know the officer’s name, call the JasCo-Metro Police Department at (417) 673-1916 and leave a message for the officer to contact you.  Remember, officers are not usually in the station, they are in the field, and will not normally be here when you call.  Leave a message and the officer will call you back as soon as they have an opportunity to do so.  If you do not know the officer’s name, the Records/Court Division at (417) 673-7712 can assist you in finding out who the officer was.  It is extremely helpful if you have your case number or ticket number available.
